• Order and billing information, such as purchase history, product selections, discounts, referral codes, transaction status, tax information, and limited payment-related details provided by our payment processors. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.
• Listing and creative information, such as property addresses, listing URLs, listing facts, public listing data, photos, videos, agent names, brokerage information, logos, headshots, prompts, style choices, generated lyrics, audio, captions, videos, thumbnails, previews, downloads, and feedback.
• Referral and promotion information, such as referral links, claimed offers, signup attribution, campaign details, and fraud-prevention signals.
• Device, usage, and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookies, local storage, logs, diagnostics, and interactions with the Services.
• Communications information, such as emails, phone calls, support requests, survey responses, and other messages you send us.
• Information from third parties, such as authentication providers, payment processors, listing and property data providers, analytics providers, email providers, fraud-prevention tools, social platforms, and other vendors or integrations you use with the Services.

3. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and use of the Services, from third-party vendors and integrations, from public or commercially available listing sources, and from other users who submit information to the Services. If you provide information about another person, property owner, seller, agent, brokerage, or customer, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide it to us.

4. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services.
• Create, render, host, deliver, support, and let you download or share songs, videos, captions, thumbnails, previews, and related assets.
• Process orders, payments, discounts, taxes, receipts, refunds, referral offers, and account activity.
• Authenticate users, maintain accounts, provide support, respond to requests, and send service communications.
• Retrieve, parse, normalize, transform, and prepare listing and creative materials for generation workflows.
• Monitor performance, debug issues, improve reliability, develop features, run analytics, and measure marketing effectiveness.
• Protect the Services, users, vendors, and the public by detecting fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, unlawful activity, and operational problems.
• Enforce terms, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes, and preserve legal rights.
• Send marketing communications where permitted, and honor opt-out requests when required.

5. AI and media processing

The Services use AI and automated media systems to generate and edit creative materials. Information you submit, listing materials, prompts, style selections, photos, videos, audio, lyrics, captions, outputs, and feedback may be processed by ListingSong and our AI, cloud, storage, rendering, transcription, alignment, image, audio, video, and infrastructure providers to provide and improve the Services.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential seller information, non-public listing information, or materials you are not authorized to use. Outputs may be reviewed, stored, logged, or reprocessed for support, quality, abuse prevention, safety, debugging, and service improvement.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our vendors may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, logs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support referral attribution, process orders, measure usage, improve performance, detect fraud, and understand marketing effectiveness. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies or local storage are disabled.

7. How we disclose information

• Service providers and vendors who help us host, secure, render, generate, analyze, email, authenticate, process payments, provide support, store files, operate infrastructure, and run the Services.

8. Public pages, downloads, and social sharing

If you create or share a public ListingSong page, download, preview, referral link, or social post, information in that asset may be visible to anyone who has access to it and may be copied, downloaded, indexed, reshared, or stored by others. We cannot control what third parties do with information after you or another person shares it outside the Services.

9. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, deliver orders, support downloads and share pages, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain business records, improve the Services, and protect legal rights. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, sensitivity, purpose, legal requirements, and operational needs.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. You are responsible for using strong account credentials, keeping devices secure, limiting access to your downloads and share links, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.

11. Your choices

• You may contact us at support@listingsong.com to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or other privacy assistance where applicable.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. We may still send transactional, account, security, legal, and service messages.
• You may control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Some features may depend on these technologies.
• You may choose not to submit certain information, but the Services may be limited or unavailable without it.

12. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws cover ListingSong, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, obtain a copy of information, opt out of certain targeted advertising or sale/share activities, limit certain sensitive information uses, and appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights that apply to you.

To make a request, email support@listingsong.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity, account, authority, location, and request before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization.

13. California notice

If California privacy laws apply to your relationship with ListingSong, the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, internet or network activity information, approximate geolocation information, audio/visual content you provide or generate, professional or employment-related information, inferences from service usage, and sensitive personal information where you choose to provide it or where needed for authentication, payments, security, or requested services.

We collect and disclose those categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some advertising, analytics, or referral technologies may be considered a sale, share, or targeted advertising under certain laws. Where required, we will provide a method to opt out.

14. International users

ListingSong is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from the laws where you live.
