Data deletion

Remove the Facebook and Instagram accounts you connected to ListingSong, or check a deletion request.

1. What we keep when you connect an account

When you connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page, we keep its name, username, profile picture and ID, plus an encrypted access key that lets us post the videos you choose. We only post when you ask us to.

2. How to remove it

Any of these deletes the access key right away:

On listingsong.com, open Account and press Disconnect next to the account.
In Facebook or Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove ListingSong.
Ask Facebook or Instagram to delete your data from ListingSong. We then delete the connected account completely and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
